The server is not down, what are you talking about. This question qas asked here 100 times. Please search for it and check out how long it takes to get pending balance.

I agree. SOAT pool pays out .1 SUMO, that's ridiculous, that's like a couple minutes of mining time for me. I don't know how often they pay out but I don't need need 10 payouts a day.
