My general statement obviously pressed someone's button.

Feel free to believe that  Grin

Obviously, it's your button that got pressed. The hen that cackles is the one laying the egg.

Are you one of those self-appointed spokesperson for this altcoin?

visdude obviously you have nothing better to do at the moment but why do we have to cope with you? Cant you pick another coin to find an audience?

My point is valid. Again, why maintain this thread if the devs and the key people of this altcoin would not post information as much as they should on here?

And why are you in defense of Germsining? Are you guys an "item"? If not, then let him speak for himself. I for one would be offended if somebody speaks on my behalf.

You folks get too emotional and defensive for no reason at all which equates to not having the maturity to be able to cope with or handle constructive/objective criticism. If this is the kind of people following this altcoin, then it doesn't bode well for Sumokoin.

I requote in order to bypass the junk posts after Sumoshi's updatepost

FYI

1. Cryptopia Wallet:

Devs have asked Cryptopia support a couple of times, yet there are no updates why it happened and ETA the wallet will come back for deposit/withdrawal. According to tweets from them, I guess they have issues with the system atm and need time for wallet re-auditing.

We'll update if there is any new info about Cryptopia wallet. Sorry for inconvenience.

2. Sumo Easy Miner:

Bill and Vu have posted a workable beta release of Sumo Easy Miner for Windows 64x to Telegram group. Please download and test it if you are interested. This is a great software, very intuitive and stable even just a beta product. Hope you like it.

You can download the miner here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/fzxjoy9le2xec2o/SumoEasyMiner-v0.1-b1.1-w64install.exe?dl=0

Any bug report or suggestion will be fully appreciated. Thanks.

3. Subaddress and multi-sign wallet:

- Subaddress codes will be posted to Github by the end of this month for reviewing before we can actually merge to main branch for next release. This is an important feature involving to true money so we can't take it lightly. It can come to live only after being well tested in many situations and ensured compatibility with old wallet file.

- Multi-sign wallet will be delayed for further testing/verification. We'll update new dev roadmap next month.

Great, by the way you stand behind the project it seems like it´s a bit too personal for you to handle it in a swift way. Shushing is the new get the freaking thing fixed and start at least reposting here your telegram chitty chatties with mates (at least what is actually important for the coin development and its users ) and by the way you seem to resolve things nothing will get fixed, trading will cease after users are unable to withdraw/deposit the coin out/into cryptopia wallet, the only exch platform enabled up to date. Single point of failure. But that´s nothing to worry about, right?

It could have been a cool project for the long run, but it´s already on the cliff.

Then why don't the devs just delete this thread then...if they're not gonna be using it anyway and favors using the Telegram bullturd?

@nomadedigital: as sumogr explained the page  before, we do not know whats the problem with cryptopia. Their support has been contacted. We have enough nodes and the wallet works fine fore user to user transactions. As soon there is an update, you shall be informed... fyi: it never helps to shush people...

@visdude: if you don't like the coin or dev's social-media-straregy: don't invest. At this stage, telegram is the nr. 1 source of information. If you don't like it: your busines. Nobody is shoving down anything...

Easy as that  Wink

It seems that on just about every page on this ANN thread, there is always someone trying to sell the "Telegram" bullcrap and shoving it down our throats. WTF! If the devs and other key people of this altcoin cannot post info as much as they should on here (which happens to be the default forum for and has been around since the dawn of cryptos), then why even start this ANN thread?

Not all of us are social media hos, you know. Do you guys discuss the latest about Kim Kardashian over at Telegram too? Go knock yourselves out over at Telegram...if that's the kinda thing that floats your boat.

Nothing, besides the wallet at cryptopia not working and the dev´s not giving a shit about it.
Do you have any updates on the issue? then just shush...

Interesting. Currently, the combined total hash rate of the four mining pools mentioned on this thread is around 37.31 KH/sec (with pool.somokoin.com having the highest at around 31 KH/sec) while the network hash rate is only 757.48 KH/sec. These four pools haven't found a block for hours or days. Who else is mining? Premining is no longer happening and already done, right?

It's not a premine. You can read about this big hr in our telegram-chat. Just join and ask

One reason is they are suffering from the botnet. The other reason is people are mining XMR because it is quite profitable at the moment. Easier to mine XMR to buy back SUMO.

I understand the botnet part. But pool.sumokoin.com found a significant number of blocks (and proportionally the others too) just a couple of days ago when network hash rate was over 2 MH/sec and at one point, it even went up to around 4 MH/sec with obviously much higher difficulty. It doesn't make sense.

I agree - I'm hoping that as more ETH miners point their rigs to Monero they will realize they are not going to be profitable long-term and will look for new , similar alternatives like SUMO and from there we see the price increase again.

SUMOKOIN concept looks good. Fork of monero.
but this coin needs to be listed on more exchanges to decrease price manipulation
