I think the guilty is innocent in this case, and it is my thought that the tokenpay dev is reluctant to give the allocation of bounty because of the expensive TOKENPAY value. is there something like me?

The value has decreased most that 50% since the participants of the bounty campaign started going against them for not paying out the bounty and referral rewards. Currently around $3.8 per TPAY. I glad that I sold when I did. It never gets better. The team always come up with fake partnership news.

This is a very childish reason for not paying people for their work. It is possible that there are scammersi in the spreadsheet ( can spend time, and identify them), but this is not the reason to leave the others without remuneration. Definitely, this is a ridiculous reason.
They just do not want to pay, and search for an excuse. But this reason is not worth a penny. Shameless.
