I've finally received my coins in the desktop wallet after having to delete all the wallet files and pasting the wallet.dat file I earlier backed up. Now, The wallet doesn't sync to current blocks to allow staking of TPAY coins. I don't know what to do anymore.

Waiting is the key, that is not the first time all the bounty hunter after received the coin will dump it, they need to protect the investor and distribution in first place.
The share of coins allocated to bounty is so small that it can not significantly affect the price rate. I'm more concerned about the bonus of 100% for the first investors - that's who can arrange a collapse of the coin when entering the exchange!

ACTUALLY IT'S NOT THE BOUNTY, BUT ACTUAL MONEY DEPOSITED DURING ICO. TODAY TOKENPAY SENT AN EMAIL SAYING COINS HAVE BEEN DISTRIBUTED BUT IT DOES NOT REFLECT IN THE BLOCK CHAIN EXPLORER. I ASKED TOKENPAY IF THEY COULD PROVIDE SCREENSHOT AND TRANSACTION INFO, I HOPE IT WON'T GET IGNORED.

Yes, no bounty tokens have been distributed.
Perhaps the reason for this may be ignorance of investors in the topic of blockchain products! I saw a heap of messages in a telegram about problems with installing a purse and getting an address, but I did not have such problems even without instructions! The purse is installed, the new address is received - everything is synchronized and works the first time!
