This is not a compulsory upgrade, changes were just added checkpoints and updated image in the wallet.

TOP is the opposite. Once it gets to 1 coin, thats it... Only way to get is by buying. Miners will be supporting the network. Bag holders will share some hash just to support the network. It does not require much hash to have a network
