They can read the source code and compile from it.

Some times it deadlocks when it is syncing from several nodes, it is a known issue I am working on.
The simple workaround is to restart UBIC using

Interesting, so if people within the next one or two years decide that it is time for change and that an "ubi" of 10 Dollar a month is fair and the market reflects that in fiat exchange rate of ubic, it would mean that in a scenario where just 0,1 % of your countrys population is using ubic at that time it would give each coin a value of already 10 Cent.

Good luck with the project, i ll follow it on github.

The emission rate depends on the country population so that if the entire population of a country joins every citizen would get ~0.1 units a month or a total of ~1.2 units a year
