My own opinion regarding legalities I am pretty sure that the taem are provided and preparing for this if ever their will be issues appear along the why. The team can get legal advisors if ever legal matters will arise and I am sure their are many legal advisors will help this project.

I think, your questions will be answered soon because the dev team of Velox are busy in upgrading the platform and improved it's capabilities in making crypto transactions most especially in withdrawals. There are many experiences in this project team They really are doing a lot of good work. A lot of the project is rising in godweel. i hope project team will continue their work and will be on the way to success.
