This is my request from Cryptocointalk about my issue with my vegascoin wallet and lost coins. There seems to be no one watching thread there. Was checking to see if anyone here has had any issues or have any suggestions.

    Wallet issue,

I have tried twice to send 25000 vegascoin to Comkort and both transactions remain unconfirmed and 50000 coins are gone from my wallet. Any ideas?

What a waste of time and hash power this coin was. Now I see why value has tanked.

@byates

Thank you for making a statement, it is good to hear that VGC is still moving forward.

All the best with Brisk Advertising INC.

In regards to VegasCoin...godspeed! VegasCoin is still on of the best names out there and it seems the marketing possibilities are endless.

Lets put VegasCoin on the map in 2015!

I have said this before, this forum gives me login issues all the time.  I tend to use the other crypto talk website more, to answer any questions and concerns please read the following.

When we started VegasCoin we never anticipated how much time and money this would be consuming.  We have put in well over $40,000 USD of our own money & Investor money to expand and grow the project.  During the past few months our company Brisk Advertising INC has been suffering due to panda 4.1 update.. this caused my monthly net profits to drop over 70%!   I have been trying to save my business everyday, and we have came though with almost every promise we have made.  Now the car, if your asking?.. The 1985 Corvette has had transmission issues, so I sold the car and plan to replace the idea with an even better car. I am only human and this is life, shit happens and I hope you all can understand that.  We have plans that if VGC hits a price point, we will be trying to acquire an old Ferrari.. Still nothing set in stone about what point that will be, but it is being talked about for a promotion.  But this is just a small promotion, what you should be talking about is our efforts to expand to more local businesses.

The main reason VegasCoin gained so much respect is our moodiest attitude towards the entire project.  I have never made a crypto coin, nor have my partners.  We have just noticed a huge increase in the volume over the past few days, this spiked the interest of some investors.  Allowing us to make plans this next week December 15th - 19th to go out and talk to around 3-5 businesses per day in the Las Vegas area about VegasCoin.

Now lets face it... VegasCoin is just like LiteCoin in most aspects.. we are nothing cutting edge and offer no new methods.  With that being said, we know our only option is to make this a local thing, that is why we plan to use VegasCoin as a coupon system.  Take one VGC here and get this, or some participating locations are willing to even accept it 100% same as cash.  Just recently I locked in a deal with one of the largest escort agencies in Las Vegas, they have already promised to treat VGC 100% same as cash.  This Las Vegas Escort agency provides around 200 beautiful girls and many websites to choose from.  We are helping them update their entire system and at the same time teach them how to use and accept the cryptocurrency.

I feel with my sales record, this next week we should be seeing around 3-5 business per day.  That is a MAX of 25 businesses if we saw 5 everyday, I honestly think I can close around 50% of these businesses or more. Now if you know nothing about Vegas, then let me fill you in on how KICK back city works.  Everyone in this town pays for customers, to promoters, or ads, ect... it's just how this city works.  So when we as a team go out to talk with the businesses about accepting VegasCoin, we plan to say as follows:

" Would you like more customers?  And do you run any local coupons or promotions right now?  Well I am sure you know as most marketing or advertising works, your not only redeeming that said coupon your also paying for printing every month.  Plus paying the original marketing or advertising company.

I have a better way, and I want you to commit to try it!  It requires no upfront money and no monthly printing costs, just hear me out as I explain.  VegasCoin is 100% secure, fast, and has the potential to increase in value unlike most paper coupons.  Now I am sure you can provide a free drink or 10% off of your services for a person showing up with a VegasCoin?   Well just to explain, we are in no way profiting from this coupon system.  The acceptance of it is what makes its value grow.  There are no stock options in this, its all about the coins so as you accept and hold them you make the profits with everyone else involved.

Let me use strip clubs as an example, they pay around $50 - $100 per PERSON! that is just crazy to be -$100 on a customer right when he walks in the door.  You might ask well who gets paid that cash? The Promoter or VIP host who sent you, along with the driver.  Our plan is to try our best, but this is hard because you always have a driver... but we can for sure eliminate the promoter profits, passing those savings to the business and customer.  "

Now I could go on and on about this, but I feel by now you get the point and our goal ideas... look around Las Vegas right now, how many places accept Bitcoin?... I think I can count them on 2 hands, so if we can get 10+ businesses that should be a huge success for this upcoming week.

Once again I am sorry for the delay, and as always thank you for supporting our cause.  We are just trying to save businesses money and help customers in the Las Vegas area.  Please show your support by buying some VGC today, it really does encourage the Developers and Investors.

A quick update for those still interested:

VGC is not dead (yet).  Cool There has been a bump in the road however. The main dev team kindly informed me that because of a setback with their company (daytime job) they had no option but to put VGC on hold. This means all money, time, resources and energy needed to be invested in keeping their daytime job. You have to keep in mind this coin was set up by two regular guys with a fulltime marketing job. No matter how much potential VGC has, they can't risk their own company for it. (yet)  Grin

On the plus side: (!)

- servers are still up and the network is still very stable
- more businesses are slowly but surely showing interest
- exchanges are showing quite few large trades since the last 'business' got added.  Wink

They ensured me once the company gets back on track (which should be pretty soon) the focus will be put back on VGC.

Rember: BTC took 4 years to 'BOOM' and still hasn't gone mainstream. VGC is barely year old, very barely... Think about it. It's VEGAS! It's patented! It's coming... Not today, not tomorrow, probably not this season or even year, but it's coming, it's VGC!

Yep on cyrptocointalk they pretty much said they are trying but are busy with there own jobs. I know they started their own company I think it was marketing but not sure. I feel bad for any of those clients if this is what they get.

Well what the devs said in crypto coin talk sure didn't make me warm and fuzzy about the coin. Also what ever happened to that car? Just an empty promise to try and get hype I guess.

It sure seems to have gone in the toilet. What a shame I liked this coin.

What is happening with VGC, it has become almost worthless, dropped by 90% in the past week. I know a lot of people are stopping the mining of it and moving on. If some buyer support does not materialize this thing could be in the toilet.

Keep up the chatter people.

Vegascoin has the potential to own the Las Vegas scene more than any other alt.

The name alone is priceless and has lasting power.

Enjoy the current prices and accumulate!

Devs: Posting here would be great for awareness. Even just a once a week temperature check would be awesome.

I agree, with every single word. But especially that last sentence...  Cheesy

Where is dev?

They normally only post on cryptocoin talk. Even then they do not post much. They say they are working on it but have not seen any real changes. But I also do not pay attention to this ocin that much. Busy with my own stuff and figure if they do come through with what they say they are working on then this coin will be a pretty nice coin.
