Except now the limit it will let me put in is 9999 visits...
If I put 10000 it resets to 5000 visits, this is for 10 seconds...
I'm using chrome by the way.

Well, its not bad site, but You dont pay me for referrals and also You dont count me any new referrals. I put link to my site and got around 70 referrals per one day and now i have i still 88 referrals already 3 days and i also got much less referrals commissions to my wallet ://
What's the bitcoin address you used for your referrals? I can see other users getting referrals so not sure why it wouldn't be working for you! The referral commission has actually increased over the past few days to 4%, not decreased?

You can't view the same ads again. A user can only view a specific ad campaign once. You were only able to get 1, because you'd already viewed the others.

If you hit the stats button you can see there is seven ads total...
but you can only visit an ad once per visitor,
from advertising standpoint this ideal..
