Thought I'd whack some concepts for the coin design on here - trying to think outside the box and help differentiate whitecoin from the others - not going too well as it's gone midnight hahaha! These are rough and need further refinement but would be cool to collab with other designers on here to come up with something that is truly unique/original. Tried to showcase the white and keep it pure (someone mentioned it earlier in this thread)

a good designer needs to redesign the whitecoin subreddit .... lots of good ideas/community can come from reddit.

I really appreciate all the ppl speculating on price.
But for those interested in prolonging this coin. Using reddit is a great forum to being to separate our "i bet this is gonna happen" from those who want to talk about developing a community around the coin.
"i bet this is gonna happen" is kind of fun right now, just before the end of PoW. i mean, this coin will never have it again so it's interesting to think about it.

Seems like you are a newbie. That's fine you will learn more with time. You have to see CoinMarketCap. 20.000 satoshis would mean that WC reaches #5 in CoinMarket Cap surpassing coins like NXT, Master Coin, Name Coin and even BlackCoin. Easily? Don't think so. Other people talking about 100.000 satoshis making it comparable to Litecoin. Please do the maths first.
I think 20k is doable but not now, maybe in a year if the momentum keeps going (and obviously price of BC would go as high as 0.01 BTC or more).
Imagine holding so much coins for a year! That would take a lot of courage to be that brave. But also you haven't considered the price of Bitcoin factor. BTC seems to be in an downward trend, if it gets to 250 USD then reaching 20.000 in a year would be just like having 10.000 in a month with a price of 500 USD per BTC.
Being patient is probably the most important factor in trades. I don't expect BTC price to halve in a year, for what it's worth I think it will even go up, as soon as a major retailer with mainstream recognition starts accepting them (which will happen).

1300 blocks to go. Waffle Pool has more white coin than ever, theyve been mining like crazy. It's impressive we're holding above 1000 satoshis with all the dumping. Waiting to make my final investment, gonna see if it dips below 1000 again.
I don't really agree with ppl saying it won't increase rapidly in the first few days of PoS. Lots of buying pressure which has been getting eaten up by multipool dumps, when the dumps end we probably will see a major rally.

it might, it might not. people will panic sell if it hovers around 1200 the first day.
i don't know, there's a lot of people expecting the price to double or triple or more in the first 48 hours after PoW.

30 million coins per day, let's just say at an average of 1000 satoshi, means about 300 btc per day is being invested in whitecoin. so about $150,000 per day if my math is correct. pretty impressive.

I switched pools since talesfromthescrypt went down, and just realized that I have been mining asiacoin for the past hour instead of whitecoin... 
No problem just sell it and buy Whitecoin.

Not as hard as you think, I have been rewarded far more for being patient than taking my 1-2 btc profits on all these alts the past 10 months or so. All depends how you play the game.

the market often moves the opposite way everybody thinks.
So if some people think it will move up and some people (like me) think it will move down it means that it will stay at 1000 forever ?

i just realized the multipool concept can only work for so many coins. after a while it can't sustain itself, simply not enough coins to feed off of. so i'm wondering if there will only be a few top coins with big multipool's that feed off a larger coin such as litecoin or bitcoin. the multipool might be a critical component to success for all coins that have finished PoW stage, and if only a few coins will be able to have a large multipool, it might sift out and destroy a lot of the little coins. basically a consolidation of the alt coin market.

I believe PoS multipools will destroy all PoW coins except BTC.

Sure. Litecoin has no advantages over PoS coins. Why do we need it?
