Anyone else concerned that you need to leave your wallet unecnrypted to get PoS? I'd rather not do that. Does black coin make you unencrypt your wallet for PoS?

you're skeptical for no reason. minting is 100% safe when set correctly.
type this in your console in wallet.
walletpassphrase
be sure to clear the window of text once you type it, click the little red minus sign next to where you type. No point in doing this until we hit PoS.

This has been fixed in the 1.0.6 blackcoin wallet. Tell your dev to update his repository.

I'm not too concerned with price, its quantity --> How many more WC can I get before PoW is done? 
Buy all of the WC coins on Mintpal
, we are moving higher. My call was very close 1100 -1000 target, it hit 995 and then moved higher. Now 1209, this is already a nice 20% profit, but it can move a lot higher, as long as you have more then 30GH/s mining this one then it is so difficul to mine a few coins that people want to buy it directly on the exchange. We need a WC/$ exchange.
I was sleeping when it dropped. No worries. Already have plenty of WC but if it goes back under 1000, I have other coins to sell to buy more WC. Mining with 2.5MH, still good payouts for me ~1500 WC/day. Ordering a nice size farm, but I'll miss the PoW stage. Multipool will get my hashes.

Buying in a bit more, now up to 20,000 White Coin. Prob will get some more depending on where the market goes today, still plenty of waffle pool dumps but buying pressure should increase as we approach PoS. For example, waffle dumped 150k just now but price went up. Some very good deals for white coin today.

Daily volume of WC is $565K
Daily volume of BC is $925K
So people are already moving out of BC and moving in on WC. I expect WC to have bigger daily volumes then WC in the near future.

1 million at 1000 Satoshi is 10 BTC. Looking at the volume, doesn't seem like it will be dumped below it. It be interesting to learn about miner costs, so we can decide the base price. I think Waffle switched to other coins when price was below 1100, so that should be the floor imo.

This is starting to be too risky, getting out of here now. Will wait for 300 satoshis. And even that could be dangerous.
300 is risky?... with a possible upside of 30000 perhaps more...
how can it be more risky now than it was at 3000? and nearer to the POS stage?
Seems like a very good bet to me, of course nothing is a guarantee... but i am liking the look of this one.
Price right now is risky I mean, Or if you bought at 2000+. 300 satoshis is still, but not that risky. But this could go the SPA coin trend if things go wrong.
SPA coin was really badly managed.WC has 4 PR manager, that are in talk to add services. A lot of ideas were added for the future (that we cannot tell about, right now).

Indeed. You know what you can lose, but you don't know what you can win. Very simpel, if you buy for 1BTC, then your loss is max. 1BTC but what is your profit? 2BTC, 10BTC, 100BTC? BC was trading at 500sats, hit 80000sats, that is 160 times higher, so your 1BTC could be worth 160BTC, and if you were lucky you were able to sell everything at 60000sats or so, and that would give you 120BTC. I've almost 3BTC at work here, average around 1150, if it hit 11500 then this will already give me 30BTC and why not more then 11500sats? Everything is possible.
