Well, I'm new here, and for the idea of monetizing wifi connections, is very innovative, but a little risky, at the beginning at least, you will need to prove that your technology works, and if possible create a system that will only accept the password to work with a specific phone, so it can't just be shared, probably you already though of that, so I may be worrying for nothing; I would like to know if the project is limited to certain countries or that is actually universal, because if its the second, then I could guarantee the success of the project if you deployed it correctly, anyway, I'll be checking how this is going, and good luck with the project 
Hey, you will be happy to know both your concerns have already been thought of and solved
1) It is impossible for any WiFi purchaser to share the network because the end user does not get the password. The app handles the connection in an encrypted way. Also, our technology definitely works because we are not in a Whitepaper/Roadmap stage but we have actually already developed the product. Please see our demo video on our website: cryptowi.com

What an interesting project that i never noticed immediately, needed to read more to fully understand it's concept, a first of it's kind project and i believe in a few more days there will some others that will follow with a concept like this one.

Can the user upload pwd or any connection he knows about or just his own?
By design, he can upload any network he knows the password of.

i would like to see the ipo on some exchange like livecoin or liqui....that would be good and easy for us investors

Actually this is an interesting idea. But the main concern is privacy. I see a possibility that someone who will offer their WiFi will get a separate one just to monetise it. Meaning, sell it for cheaper to more. I cannot think of why yet, but time will tell.
Hey, so yes we have given extra attention to safety and privacy when building the app. Please check our demo video and you will see that the end user does not even see the WiFi password and the app automatically connects. Also, everything will be encrypted.

Hi, nice idea, but I was wondering how will you validate correct info? Not asking for specifics, but if you're giving coins away for adding networks, how can you know the network actually exists, or that the password is correct, and after that, what if the password changes but isn't updated?
Hey, please check the demo video we have on our website. The app won't connect or accept a wrong password or duplicate networks. Only correct networks uploaded the first time are rewarded with the 100 WiC. There are some methods in place to ensure that the 100 WiC is withdrawable only if the password is correct and unchanged.

Does the password expire like after 24hours ? to prevent me from just using my neighbours network for life.
I would base the password price on dollars, and convert it using a big exchanges ratio at that time, especially in the beginning when price is fluctuating, people don't want to change that number every day.
There will be a minimum time guarantee that you will set and the person buying it will know about it. Also, yes the price will be set in WiC so checking the exchanges would be a good idea.
