how can i backup my xdag-wallet or save a seed or something else?

you need the storage folder, wallet.dat and dnet_key.dat which are inside the wallet folder.

you can leave out the dnet_key.dat if you want to change your password... your balance will still populate the new version of the wallet with just the storage folder and the wallet.dat.

I like to believe in a future for Xdag, am mining a bit also. But looking at the Discord channel, on Reddit and here, apart from miners not too much is happening. Would like to hear some progress on the 'smart contracts' plan and/or other purposes. Any contact with exchanges yet?

Developers are constantly working on the code.
Do not be mistaken with an algo which has thousands of forks from coins that have been around for years. XDAG (and it's tech) is only 1 month old.
At this stage, it's harsh maybe but i'd say you'll need to be committed, or GTFO.

you're welcome.

can somebody please tell me the biggest XDAG pool best for mining.....i mean best to get really steady coins?

Any of the big pools will yield a steady income, but I suggest trying one of the smaller pools.

i've tried them all.. rewards average out the same on most of them... i particularly xdagpool.com and the french one

Pool Adress (pool fee % - reward for miner % - reward for direct contributions % - community fund fee %) = Location of the pool  (Pool Owner)

Nice list of updates.  Do we know the new team and who is in charge of the project and development now?  Happy to see such a cool project with a catchy name being taken over by the community.
