Pushed the spread up a bit, and got more XJO. Gonna patiently analyse our markets 'til there's a better sense of XJO's real present worth.

OMG OMG!!

Someone  bought the tiny amount I had up at 58.5 on trade.thecoin. That is, I keep a very tight spread there. Recently 58.5-58.0. And I get daily dribs and drabs sold to me. But no one usually buys the '58.5.' Today, some one did

How go things IMZ?

I got the S3 mining XJO Smiley

Hey, spazzdla. First, I am gonna PM you soon: got an interesting idea for you, and a couple of admin requests.

IndiaMikeZulu (we're an alliance) has had ups and downs; but I just started my seventh year of community-devving, and between us we got a barrow load of experience.

Lookin' forward to Topia gettin' the lead out. Lord, what rubbish communicators the team are!! But trade.thecoin.pw is a functioning exchange.

Trade.thecoin suffered a DoS attack. But the admins communicated well. And I just made a test withdrawal: all well (fast!!)

A steady trickle of XJO coming to me.

Bam, what mining pools are people using now a days?

Wow! So very very nice to see your post here, spazzdla.

https://trade.thecoin.pw/ -- this pool is active. It has a baby exchange attached, and it's our 'live' market at this second. (Topia has tiny volume. And Bitcoin withdrawals. But no XJO withdrawals yet.)

Welcome back!

IndiaMikeZulu

EDIT: www.Mining-Dutch.nl

and this on the XJO Discord:

'Feel free to mine JouleCoin (XJO) with our Pool:   https://pool.miningpoolrw.de/  '

Mining-Dutch is decent pool, I mined dobbscoin there once upon a time with my paltry scrypt hashpower. Good luck!

I just wish some of the bigger wallets would trade more frequently. Smiley

Hello, Akaro! Nice to see you here.

Here is what A. is referring to: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xjo/#!rich

At present -- while cryptos are still recovering from the 2017 spike and Cryptopia is still only semi-functional -- I'm happy to see our price holding steady, and a steady (but tiny) volume.

I personally want a trading 'kitty' of at least 1.5M XJO within the next two years.

There is real trade -- tiney volume -- on trade.thecoin: 59-58

There is 'semi trade' on Cryptopia: some volume, but no XJO withdrawals yet: 87-85

The point is that prices have been steadily aligning in recent days. Good.

Greetings, XJO community. This message was encrypted using Kleopatra GPG4WIN; run through a paste bin (which gives a nice short URL); then sent by XJO ‘tx comms’ from one QT to another (with a tiny payment).
Then run again through the paste bin, to get the encrypted message, which was decrypted, and this is it, posted here in the ANN thread.
XJO is a datacoin, and we should focus on this splendid feature.

Big thanks to IMZ for teaching this

Or you could talk to the XJO (and GRS and 42-Coin) guys, who have been involved in this for months.

The Vz Guys

IndiaMikeZulu was running a crypto-adoption project in Venezuela (using several cryptos) when the country went from bad to worse.

But our 'Vz Guys' are alive and well, although their situation is pretty crazy, with shortages of water and electricity, and frequent outages of the Net.

But . . . if can spare one XJO, you can send 'Hello' to these guys -- but in Spanish:

'Hola de la comunidad XJO. Espero que estés bien' ("Hello from the XJO community. Hope you are well")

With something as short as this, you can paste it straight into the 'tx-comms slot'.

And the XJO address is: JLZbYfV8KEFT2Kuz9xXuimMWf6A8nryJx7

(We were in daily communication late last year. Then they disappeared for a month. Then we got a message. But it's now more than a fortnight since the last message came in.)

dalslandan200, Thanks for following up on that! I will check out the new wallet as well.

IMZ, I will keep that in mind. I have traded some small amounts just to keep some activity going when nothing is moving for a long time. Biggest issue in the USA is that the only active exchange is thecoin.pw. I got on Yobit a few months ago but site is so badly laggy. Then most all wallets are in Maintenance for more than 90 days? Support there just said "We are working on it and it might take a while". Many of the other exchanges out there block USA Sad. The best one I can use is US based Bittrex if we can get XJO there that would be awesome! but I know it takes time and "movement" to get on some of these.

Keep up the good work! I will keep mining and help put some coins in circulation from time to time.

It's a strange thing that coin communities seem prepared to list scam exchanges, without warnings, on their Page Ones. Yobit is a scam exchange. Has been forever.

And the nature of their scam, L., is . . . it's Hotel California: you can check out; but you can never leave: wallets always in maintenance.

Two:

We got https://www.nlexch.com/markets/xjobtc and https://novaexchange.com/market/BTC_XJO/  But -- Sweden and Holland -- likely the same restrictions.

'Been mining xjo for a long time off and on'

Well done, Lighthouse. When you are ready to trade, ask us, and we'll help you get set up.
