I just discovered CPU mining at the beginning of March and that made me want to learn about coin mining in general, and then this stuff happens.

What a bad first impression I'm getting from crypto.  This is complete bullshit.

I think I am pulling the plug on mining...getting none of these "rewards" dickhead keeps talking about. Hope things can get fixed.  

I will be leaving my wallet up and staking 24/7.

He's not attacking the hash, he's attaching the codebase/network.

I understand what did that little boy do. And yes he can do to all coins which using "combined algos" for avoid usage of asics.

On that kind of attack our choices;

1-) Making all of the community able to reach same hashrate of the attacker. (new miner sw with asic support)
2-) Changing algo. 

first one is out of magi soul, out of main idea but second option only aborting it again.

Don't agree with you. Community likes to see dev also active here. And how much time he will miss with making few posts. But thats it in the crypto-world. You can not make everybody happy. No posts = not good & posting = also not good! 🙈

Every minute he spends posting here is a moment not spent on development. Even worse, every distraction interrupts your train of thought, so even more time lost.
