More like, people are calling your scam and new deposits aren't flowing in as quickly as you thought, therefor you don't have the money from new deposits to pay out older contracts. If only there was a word for this type of scam...

No Debitme, you are wrong, ask any dev if the api works well in hourly or minutes. It just dont work. Example if i receive a payment in 11:59 it will still mark as unconfirmed, so the scrypt will sent the payments on 12:00, the scrypt will return error.
