I don't know a whole lot about this stuff, but have you tried "-p c= XSH" instead of "-pc= XSH" ? Maybe there should be a space between p and c.

You had unwanted spaces in your command line, I deleted them. I just tested and it work from my laptop

Your wallet doesn't have to be online for your address to work on pools. As long as you're providing the right address, you'll get your coins
