Yes, Bittrex is supporting ZEN from the beginning.
Yes, your ZCL in the Bittrex wallet will be safe.

To summarize Bittrex will:
- Stop trading on ZCL at 9 AM PDT (1600 UTC) (to prepare for the split)
- Wait until ZCL block 110,000 happens, then make a good copy of entire Zclassic blockchain
- Clear all pending trade orders for ZCL
- Reopen ZCL trading.

ZCL mining difficulty halved overnight. Any idea what happened? Could it be because less people are mining? If so why?

ZCL price will stay as it was, because many still dont know, some will dump, but not many i guess because ZCL is great coin with great team and bright future!
