fsck.... diff 9725 increasing ....

Can MTP help to get this down again - fighting bots and asics?
When can we expect the new algo and will djm's ccminer  support it
right from the beginning?

Thx
Same questions here. Mining zcoin is a pain, problems here, problems there, very unconsistent. Looking forward to new mining algo, hoping it could bring New Stable Mining Algo like Ethash/Equihash to the table.

Moin,

anyone a clue if GTX980 supports nvidia coolbits?

Only found "some cards will support, some not".....

GTX960 works well with coolbits12,
GTX980 does not seem to accept

Thx

So no blocks found today on supernova yet is this normal?

Yup, look at the hash and difficulty increase...

Has anyone successfully solomined this coin using GPU's?   I followed the guide:

https://zcoin.io/solo-mining-zcoin-guide/

but i'm getting this error:

JSON-RPC call failed: Method not found
get_work failed, retry after 30 seconds

All ports are opened on the wallet system and mining rig (both windows 10).   I've solomined a few other coins before so I know how to set it up, but can't seem to get this to work .

using DJM34's latest ccminer.

ccminer.exe -a lyra2Z -o 192.168.1.10/8888 -u zcoinrpc -p zcoinpass

my zcoin.conf file:

rpcuser=zcoinrpc
rpcpassword=zcoinpass
rpcport=8888
gen=0
genproclimit=0
server=1
dns=1
listen=1
daemon=1
rpcallowip=192.168.1.0/24
rpcthreads=200

Who is this 50Ghs Solo Miner? net hush over 100Ghs!
Yea, shitty times comes. Just at 30Th Sept average network hashrate was about 66Gh.
50+ % spike just in few days. Unbelievable. Say goodbye to old good profits.
MPH+Suprnova+Zpool are holding ~45Gh The rest hashrate are sitting on private pools. Does anybody trying to say that 50Gh it's not a fcking botnet, really? 28 000 GPUs GTX1070? Bullshit

Here are picture from slack with network hashrate and difficulty chart

Hi,

regarding new nvidia ccminer by djm.

If I already compiled source against cuda8 and compute_52 ONLY (GTX9XX series) - do I gain some hashrate on top?
(since github says (more or less) gain came from compiling against compute_52 for cuda8)

Any parts rewritten or only compilation optimization?

Thx

Just compilation. Also he has a CUDA9 version.

We recommend miners to switch some hashrate to both Zpool and Suprnova. Especially Zpool since their hashrate is much lower!
If you really care about the healthy network and 51%-attack, why don't Zcoin developers adapt p2pool for Zcoin and post links to it's source code and compiled binaries in the OP?

Yup devwarrior one of the community members is giving it a go but if anyone wants to chip in and help out, let us know, there will be bounties available for this Cheesy

With the Zcoin core upgrade completed, we have begun work on Znodes and our user interface. Zerocoin improvements are underway as well. $XZC Will keep you posted thanks!

Team will be having a good night's sleep.

Great job team! Everything back to normal now. Just be sure to be prepared for this next time you launch a new update. Maybe contact and help mining pools update before anyone else so it doesn't happen again

Also, Znodes coding has started!

Thanks. Definitely learnt from this but glad everything is back in smooth running order and even better with the new core!
