ZettelKasten Wallet v0.9.16.2-g5fef798-beta received a message: "Fork Ahead! Update your wallet".

Download https://zettelkasten.org/zettelkasten-win32.zip ZettelKasten Wallet v0.9.16.2-g5fef798-beta.

How to update wallet?
You will have to update before block 200k, still have time.
This was pre-builted in wallet so it makes you aware there is fork ahead.
New wallet not released jet, will be soon.

Hey Dev, so what other improvements should we expect after the next fork? besides GPU mining resistance of course.

block 200k:

1) burgerhash V3 (requires fork at exactly block 200k)
2) improved debugging (does not require fork, will be released around block 200k)
3) network/node monitor (does not require fork, will be released around block 200k)

block 300k:

1) burgerhash V4  (requires fork at exactly block 300k)
2) moving to a higher bitcoin/litecoin codebase (>=0.14)  (requires fork at exactly block 300k)

Thanks. I think upgrading the codebase is important and may be a requirement by most exchanges if we ever want to get listed so I'm glad you're taking care of this.

is your local IP.

burgerhash.testingcrypto.space is not accessible.

Anyway, keep on trying, figure everything out and set everything up so that other people can access your blockexplorer with ease.
It's not a simple task, but you'll get there.

Yeah that would be just one of my local IP addresses (1 PC or server could have several, ethernet=1 or wifi=1 + IP6=3), which you should still be able to view it I hope, right? I did have it setup with another block explorer && was able to view it from my main IP 50.83.11.14 (old one) on a PC connected to a different router, but opens the 192.168.0.* on the server. Can't seem to find the setting I had it on though, but am not able to connect anything to the domain just purchased from namecheap ;( Downloaded the DNS software, took my network out for two days && now have a different MAIN IP 50.83.**.**. I'm sure it could be solved in two seconds if I just ask for help, always build alone && rarely ask for help even if it takes me 1000x to solve it (not always the best way to learn)  Cheesy  I am still thinking about ordering CPanel + a VPS, so this would still be only the first problems && I am sure there will be many others Grin

Edit: still need to figure out the coin supply + network areas of the code i see though

..Just need to change a few details in the code after building database && update to the BurgerHash logo.png + favicon.ico  Grin

// set to 127.0.0.1 right now, will change once it looks ready && not sure if it will be set to my IP or testingcrypto.space  Wink

Very good.

Please make sure you use it with a subdomain that is either burgerhash.testingcrypto.space, or burger.testingcrypto.space.

Also change the background colors to fit more or less the same color scheme that the BURGER wallet has:

... so that people can better distinguish between ZETTEL and BURGER explorer.

Let me know when you are done, so we can test it.

I might be able to Git a block explorer up for Burgerhash Testnet, have been having network issues over the last days with my internet (modem + router problems) && will be changing my IP in a few days also. I did purchase a domain to host a site with multiple block explorers + maybe even a P2P pool for a few coins, but have not got the entire process worked out yet && might take a few days or week even to solve it.

// note: the new update to the Linux-QT works without any errors now on Mint 19 (no need to mess with deps) && will also test Ubuntu + Windows Vista 32 bit + 10 (don't have a 7 installation right now) for compatibility issues

You can use my repository https://github.com/balych/explorer (fixed a little and changed default settings), feedback welcome.

BTW, please PM me your donation address, so I can send you something for all your previous work!

Very cool.

Hey, even if someone grabs the bounty before you are finished, if you make a BURGER/ZETTEL blockexplorer I will make sure you get a decent donation.

Bring it on.

Also: the more blockexplorers we have the better we look in the eyes of an exchange.

I'm announcing a BOUNTY:

750 ZETTEL (plus 250k BURGER) for whoever creates and hosts a blockexplorer for testnet (BURGER):

https://github.com/zettel-kasten/burgerhash

(bounty is one-time for only the first one who creates such a blockexplorer)

who is up for the job?  Smiley

You will have to resync these affected nodes from scratch.

Looks like they got stuck!

Newer bitcoin core have 2 useful commands: invalidateblock and reconsiderblock to avoid long process of resync. I hope to see them on in zettel wallet too Wink
Also making weekly backup of blocks and chainstate folders can help to return on right chain quicker.

And BTW, thanks for keeping the awesome blockexplorer alive.

But can you take a look at this bug here:

The total percentage seems to be wrong, in the case I show in the picture it should show 57.13.

Please fix this, thanks in advance.
