I have experienced ETH pending transaction with civic and status. For the Status ico I had to wait 6 hours to see the payment completed. But this is not happening often, only for biggest ICOs.

Still pending to BTC, I hope can still be strata. Sad

Probably lots of transactions on their way. What will happen if those are above $5 million?

So if the target goes above 5 million $ and we have a lot of pending transactions waiting to get confirmed, will the team close the ICO and refund to all the investors or will it continue with the excess fund received in this situation?

That's what I want to know.
I guess this kind of things should've been cleared up before the ICO.
