I hope so, because I see that 3 minutes after I sent the ETH to the deposit address, it was transferred to another large wallet seen at https://etherscan.io/address/0x6f0e00f717de9422958e07884fa58fa7d0b3eed7 with over $1.2M. I just wish that all ICO teams would do crowdfunding through smart contracts so that investors can get their tokens almost immediately as ERC20 tokens.

I sent BTC, it has 4 confirms. Even the money was sent out from that address which has 3 confirms as well but nothing in my StartaICO dashboard yet. Does it take time or how does it work?
After the site went offline earlier ,the site is not updating ,we need to hear from the developers about the situation and only they can sort this out,you could contact them through their slack channel if you need an instant reply as i am sure some one from the development team will be online to answer your queries.

It can't be off as a result of legitimate visitors even cheap hosting would handle that, could be DDoS but I wonder why we see 404

You can use Chrome WavesLiteApp(https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/wavesliteapp/kfmcaklajknfekomaflnhkjjkcjabogm), it is so easy to use, nice interface. (I use this)
