And with all this questions and argument been raised here, still the dev dont find it fit to come in and address this questions Grin

Its troubling to see how the team handle all these inquiries, they were not responding even a sigh just to make these investors read something from the whitepaper. I'm convince they are doing all these on purpose so you all will sell your tokens.

And i guess they are doing a great job, fustrating investors by withholding vital information about progress of their invest, this is not right am sure against the ethics of business.

Is there any other channel of communication with the devs?

No dream is too big and no dreamer is too small
has anyone started shouting all their loud mouth on waves thread? i wish to see someone do it there whether sasha and his team has something to say about this. trading was very active though. the price almost drop in an instant every time the price hit up to $0.80.  so before it went down again to new bottom, why not just sell yours.
I would never sell, the ICO price was 1 dollar and if I do that it is like I do not trust the team anymore.
Waiting for awhile because I have a deadline for my investment and if at least 6 months price is still down, maybe I have to take loss.

Surprised no one has been throwing the "s" word around in this thread.  Verified working projects with frequent updates like Tenx are being called a scam on a daily basis.  Meanwhile we haven't heard anything from the dev team in at least a month?  Their website doesn't even work most of the time.  And the team is based in Russia and/or Eastern Europe so good luck trying to hold anyone accountable.  The Starta Accelerator maybe a real business, but this coin grab appears to have just been some free capital for them.  I'm going to consider this gamble a loss and highly doubt this coin will ever be listed on a real exchange.

The site did not work twice for several hours and  that's all. Don't panic Wink

Perhaps the main site but the link to the white paper hasn't worked since the ICO

this team SHOULD have a better communication. They have our money, we have something horrible. It's the minimum to know more than with this poor website.

I heard than the translators will be paid with bad stakes, they never explain why so less. Maybe this could be great, but for now, it's just another crazy ico on Waves.

Yeah, they have the verified mark and then?

and as a follow-up

What I have been saying all along - an understanding of the value of the underlying assets is way more important here than the exchange listings (in the grand scheme of things anyway)

exchanges are not a magic bullet for price increases

Who is going to trade an asset without an understanding of what its worth? (I know, I know.... loads of folks in the crypto sphere)

Some questions for the team:

- 5,058,033 USD raised (so 5,058,033 tokens issued at 1USD : 1token). How many tokens are allocated to phase 3 projects (ie the 21 start-ups advertised in the whitepaper). 1.5mil?

- how were crosscoin paid their 5% ico fee. Did ye destroy 5% of 5,058,033 tokens or are they holding 5% of all tokens.

- is it possible at all to get a most recent valuation of these 21 start-ups? Suretly for example must be valued at approx 13m USD based on what they have raised to date in their ICO for 15% of their shares.

- how exactly will buy backs function. Will the community send back their tokens to an address and be return a pro-rata reduced STA holding + eth/btc/other representing the return on the startup stake disposed of?

The whitepaper has disappeared from the website, which is extremely unhelpful.

I would really appreciate an answer on these items.

Thanks

Edit: For everyone else

I'm asking the above to attempt to put a correct valuation on the price of 1 STA.

Based on:
- 5,058,033 raised (of which I'm assuming 250k gone in paying crosscoin their 5% ico fee) leaves capital of 4,805,131.35

- 1.5m allocated to phase 3 start ups on a pro-rata basis across 21 startups ( 71,428.57 tokens /USD per startup) for 33% of the original accelerator investments

- this is an auto loss of 600k ish (paying 1.5m for 33% stake that cost approx 900k) - but thats the premium we pay to enter at the level we do (which is a very attractive level to enter)

- factoring in the estimated valuation of suretly based on their current ICO. Currently raise 1.9m USD for 15% of assets so approx company valuation of 12m USD

SO.......

1STA (with just the suretly adj) should be valued at approx 0.90 USD

Do not sell your STA for anything less than this!!!

An approx valuation 0.90 USD is also a very very very conservative valuation of 1 STA, due to the fact that I'm valuing all other 20 startups at their 1.9m ICO est valuation.

More than happy to produce an ongoing 1 STA valuation (and share calculations), but need the STARTA team to share a bit more information about current valuation of underlying assets.

It's very sad, but unfortunately I have to agree with you ... It doesn't looks good..

Exactly right, people where quick to call TanxPay a scam and even go to the extent of calling julian out inspite of the great progress they are making and most importantly keeping investors to speed, but here where the dev don't give a sh**t about investors, such comment are not frequently used, I only invested on this project because of its waves backing but now i guess i was wrong.
Waves are backing it but they just use it's platform to be traded and to collect money, personally I invested with this project
but I don't really doubt I cannot get my investment. It maybe take a more time but I am quite sure I'll get a better ROI.

Just as what happen to the tokens with high probability of success, it always takes time. The longer you wait, the higher its price outcome could be.
But it always starts when the development is visible to the investors.

it is not very proper to compare starta with waves because of difference in what they have to offer and most importantly waves unlike starta has always keep all investors informed about the progress of the project right from the beginning of of ico till date, i have been with waves since the beginning and the dev has always keep the waves token hodlers informed about all step taken and the slack community is very strong willing to assist each other bring new ideas. But i cant say same for this project. Undecided
