The project seems legit seeing the partners and some names associated with. the bounty page reminds me of the WINGS bounty page which looks like the same and the way to collect some bounties goes the same way.

@Darwin02 you should join our telegram - https://telegram.me/adexnetwork - we are constantly amending our bounty program, we just launched the https://bounty.adex.network portal for Facebook/Twitter bounties, and we'll soon announce the terms of our signature campaign bounty on Telegram and update the thread here
@judgecrypto yes, that's the amount of tokens; there will be an inflation model based on the growth of the network itself, to ensure the token does not explode in value and there are enough tokens to go around so that the network can function; it's in the whitepaper, check it out
