This is a very interesting question. After you buy tokens you become a co-owner or not?No the token will not carry any voting right.
Our legal entity is in HongKong and we worked hard with our lawyers in order to be sure that our token respect all the laws and that has not securities features. That is for our own safety but also for the safety of token holders.
