Hello Vyazhan, yes we knew about the German Demeter, but to be honest there are many Demeter and if necessary, in some markets we think to differentiate ourself using the name Demeterlife. We think is a cool name and give the idea of what we are working on.

Smartland is a cool project but the idea is quite different and we are not competitors, actually in theory we could work together.

Demeter is a platform for put in direct contact farmers with final customers, and earn a small fee for each transaction effectuated in the platform.
Smartland instead is an asset token backed by agricultural land.

Thank you Ardhi for the kind words. We are working hard for the make it happen and our mix of experience is definitely what make us strong.

Actually the concept has been tested in Italy, in a small scale (without blockchain) and limited area, with extremely surprising results, we are going to translate some materials and provide more information about it.
Also, we also had in place quite of partnership in a country that recently acted against ICOs, so unfortunately we cannot discover anything, at least until this process is complete.

Demeter Token (DME) will be the center of the ecosystem.

The total supply of DME will be 390,000,000 units that will be divided in this way:

200,000,000 DME distributed during the Airdrop
We believe in a fair distribution and each participant that will fill the form during the Airdop period, will receive 2,000 DME. The total number of participant is capped to 100,000. The tokens not distributed will be burned
40,000,000 DME distributed among the Founders and the Team
