The Early Bird ICO was finished at 9 P.M. Nov.3 (UTC +01) and over 70% of token was sold. The rest of the tokens will be destroyed manually. As we've got enough fund for the project, we'll focus on the project development rather than ICO. Therefore the start date for pre-sale will be rescheduled and the exact time will be announced. I have read through your whitepaper for 2 times in past two days. The guarantee mechanism and OTC + Exchange mode are really attractive. Do you guys still need Chinese thread manager? I would really happy to help you guys. I saw someone post that he want to manage the Chinese version thread, but I cannot see any effort. If you still need, pls let me know that. Hi there, we are a platform that will have OTC and Exchange. You could buy BTC/ETH with any local currency and withdraw to our exchange with 'zero confimation' .
Then you can exchange with altcoin. So the exchange is available for BTC/ETH and altcoin

2.The guarantor system could able to secure transactions. Say guarantor need to deposit BTC in OTC to be qualified. And users need to pay management fee to guarantor in order to secure the transaction.

PreICO (1BTC=40,000ARS)
