because they dont know yet the specific time because of the eth blockchain traffic I guess, They said it will happen on that range of time, but dont be confused because it will happen for one time only.

Pitlord, no you don't have too. They'll check every eth addresses themselves.

Anyone know if we have to add manually the coin on MEW ? Can't find this intell on their website, and this token is not yet on MEW.
