It’s time! The official swap to our new chain to secure the ALQO network is here. I put together a 4-minute video for community members who need assistance with the swap (see link below). There are two methods for completing the swap. One is via the Discord Swap Bot, which you can use to complete the swap (recommended for: advanced bot users) and via the only official swap page: https://swap.alqo.app/ (the how-to video linked below will walk you through the steps to swap).

This swap will allow us to move forward with a secure and fast network without the influence of previous bad actors and poor performance issues plagued by the previous codebase. This codebase will serve as our interim chain as we continue development on the official upcoming chain, to be released sometime in 2020.

If you require any assistance, please post your question or DM a community manager or team member. Do NOT accept DMs from anyone offering their help, it is most likely a scam. You must DM community managers or team members first, official members are listed to the right of the Discord server under the tags, “Community Managers” and “Community Team”. What’s next for ALQO with Barry’s involvement secured? Currently, he is updating the existing ALQO codebase to a more stable and performant Pivx version before the “Polaris” chain release, and more information will follow regarding this update in the next 1–2 weeks, once his work has completed. I will update the community accordingly. Additionally, we hope to deploy a new QT wallet, with support for more operating system versions. I know many community members would like to see multiple Mac versions, stable Ubuntu releases, etc. We will make as many available as possible. A complete list will follow sometime next week.

Let me preface this announcement by stating, ALQO and Bitfineon are 100% intact and moving forward.

This is quite a serious privacy issue (against the data protection law) which you may report, for example at https://ico.org.uk/global/contact-us/live-chat or at your own country privacy law inforcement agency.

And please do NOT use any services from the Alqo / Bitfineon developers since it has been proven they were stealing coins in cases using their Liberio app. NEVER TRUST THOSE GUYS . Note that you will probably be banned when you ask normal questions about this at their discord or telegram channel.

ich weiss ja nicht, ob hier noch jemand unterwegs ist, aber habe gerade zufällig die Meldung von gestern gesehen, dass wohl entschieden wurde Libero nicht weiter zu entwickeln, und sie wollen wohl eine neue Chain und Wallet machen, dass dürfte dann wohl das endgültige aus sein? Mir ist nicht so ganz klar, wie es jetzt mit ALQO und Bitfineon weiter geht, und was mit den XQL jetzt passiert.

Attention ALQO Community:
After some internal discussion, we have decided at this time to deprecate Liberio from use as we begin the initial steps towards launching the new chain & wallet. The new chain is fundamentally different than the existing codebase and will not make use of Liberio. Additionally, we plan to release the Liberio source code within the very near future, as promised.

To associate your balance(s) within Liberio-generated wallet addresses to your QT wallet, follow the steps below:
1) Login to your Liberio.app account.

5) Open your QT wallet.
