The Xevan algorithm used by BitSend (BSD) has finally recieved a GPU miner for Nvidia-based mining rigs with the ccMiner fork by krnlx (source). Unfortunately for the moment the code of the miner only compiled and works under Linux, though hopefully soon things will be ironed out and a Windows version will also be available. For a Xevan AMD GPU miner check this older fork of sgminer available for both Windows and Linux OS with precompiled binaries. The Xevan algorithm is essentially a dual X17 with 128 bit headers, but it wasn’t that easy to implement apparently or there weren’t enough incentive up until now apparently.
The ccMiner fork from krnlx is reported to provide 3.3+ MHS on Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 and around 6 MHS on Nvidia GeForce GTX 10880 Ti GPUs according to the author. Owners of Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 mining rigs are advised to set the intensity manually in order to have the miner work properly with their hardware, GTX 1070 and GTX 1080 Ti should work fine with the default intensity of 20. Update: Windows binary is now available thanks to Palgin, you can download a 32-bit Windows binary, VS 2013, CUDA 8.0 here.

I will try to mine some coins to make a masternode . I have 5 GPUs Rx580 for mining so how long may I get a masternode for this coin?
It's difficult to guess. So if you didn't mine yet and will start the diff will grow even more (I mean with 5 x Rx580 the dif will grow a lot)

Ok, I'll have to do some research on a VPS or one of the masternode hosting sites. Maybe the guys at NodeShare would be interested in adding it.... having such an easy setup option would only make the coin more appealing to the less technically inclined.

Put this line in your amsterdamcoin.conf

Hi Dev, This coin has a lot of potential. Masternode market is hot. All coins with MN are raising. The recent activity with this coin is due to possible future MN implementation. A lot of people invested in here and have faith in you. Community will help you if you just start to update this coin. What this coin needs is a nice functional wallet, slack, fresh website etc. we all waiting for you. More improvement to come.
We just released AmsterdamCoin Core v4 and already have masternodes. Also we just released our new website. Did you do some investigation or have you been away for a while?
