one payment solution, Jehmi Pay to sell across the globe transcending the payment limitations found in
emerging markets. Jehmi Pay will provide the most-comprehensive payment options to users: e-wallets,
SMS and direct carrier billing, prepaid cards, bank transfers and cash payments, cryptocurrencies,
including our own native token, Bezant.
Payments will also be optimized for each country’s local payment methods so as to provide convenience

Bezant is the foundation that will do the ICO crowdfunding for Jehmi and at the same time be the currency that will be used throughout the Bezant blockchain platform and Jehmi pay and Content platform (the “Services”).

- Since I am planning to invest, does your ICO fall within SEC jurisdiction? Are you SEC compliant?
- What will be your minimum and maximum fundraising threshold? And how did you come up with each?
- What is your total addressable market and what do you estimate is the max share your network will take?

Softcap will allow us to build enough of the blockchain and service layer to display a viable product. The entire $40 Mil will be needed to build our entire platform. 3) See Whitepaper: Our total addressable market (digital payments) in 2018 estimated at US$4.26 Trillion and growing at a 5-year CAGR of 13.5%. This figure excludes the "unbanked" emerging markets which will add another $1-2 Trillion in market value.
