Suprnova is supported out-of-the-box. See https://www.bminer.me/examples/#mining-bitcoin-gold-btg-on-suprnova for an example.

Tested on the latest version of Firefox (57.0.4) and Chrome (60.0.3112.113). Both worked for me.

You might need to wait for a few minutes to see the graphs as they are updated every minute.

+1 for temps, fan speed, power usage (in Watts, not %) reported in output. Sol/W would also be nice.

@realbminer, could you please add a command-line option for each? An option would be better than enabling by default because polling the driver for temperature and fan speed can slow down the mining, at least under Linux (e.g. when TDP is lowered and the GPU is at 100% utilization). I have that issue on many of my 1070s when running "nvidia-smi stats -c 1 -d gpuUtil" takes ages. I'm not sure if reading the temp and fan speed via CUDA calls is any better.


+1 ... even though I hate suprnova for the ridiculous payment fees and lies (claims the fee is the network's, but it's 10x higher than what the network charges for ZEN, similar story for ZCL and ZEC).

I have 3 pc's and 1 will not run bminer it just sits there for about 3 seconds shows now output on screen then just exits.  Anything I can do to see why it's just not starting or even throwing an error??  It just the other 2 equihash miners just fine.

Just wondering which browser are you using?

Tried it.  Working well on single coins (Zclassic currently).  Only seeing a 1% gain over the DSTM Zec miner, but 1% is still good.

However, I can't seem to point it at an algo-switching pool.  I'm still pretty new, so many I'm missing something.  Keep getting an end of file error.

Also, anyone know how to get this into AwesomeMiner so it will auto-restart if it dies?  I haven't been successful yet.

Yes. It should be fixed in the next release.

bminer reports exponentially weighted moving average(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moving_average) of the speed. It takes the last couple minutes of the speed into account.

It does report slower sols at the very beginning as it assumes that the speed of the last couple minutes is zero, i.e., no solutions have been found. The actual speed is the same.

The reported results will be fairly accurate in a couple minutes.
