why we get the delisting status on cryptopia?

Come on now, this has been continuously said since last year.

 Dev team is working very hard sir! there is no ETA as i know but project will be released ASAP.

So how long it is going to take for the updated version because already you have taken many days to complete. Is there any exact ETA when the live version will launch?

 The BETA version of blockoptions has been upgraded. This very important upgrade addresses a key flaw and an inherent burden which was present in the previous version as explained below:

 The start time for a trade is recorded when a trader clicks on the INVEST button. In the previous BETA version, you had to  click on INVEST and then latter on accept the eth transfer by clicking on the SUBMIT button on meta mask pop-up while your trade time is already being recorded. It suffices for one to just click INVEST, wait till his expiration time elapses and then only accepts the eth transfer when he/she is sure he/she has won the trade.
 
 We had a inherent burden in that, traders needed to pay eth tx fee for every trade carried out whereas under normal options trading it's the bank rollers who pay for tx fee.

 As a result of the flaw, a transitional trading account has to be created on the site so that 'tradable' eth could be transferred there and once you click INVEST that's it for the trade. INVEST records start time and also sends eth from the transitional account to the contract address simultaneously. No room to cheat.  The transitional account. also solves the tx fee issue now traders pay 0fee per trade and bank rollers settle their bills. because things are manage internally within the smart contract.
 

 The draw back of this upgrade is that, withdrawal is no longer automatic but it is instant: as fast as the ethereum network and just a click away. Once you need a withdrawal, you just need to fill in the amount space on your transitional account on site and click on withdraw and your eth will be instantly credited to your mate mask account.

 The change from Automatic withdrawal to instant withdrawal is a beautiful trade-off for the addressing of the flaw and the 0tx fee per trade for traders.

Mr. Gary and core dev have been working tirelessly on improving and maintaining the BETA version. if you look closely at it you see that so much has change and new desired features has been added. that is why we are experiencing some on and off actions on the servers.

Right now, core team is improving and correcting some glitches  found on the current BETA version.thanks to the data gathered from your tests some major weakness in the smart contract were identified and they will be dealt with. We will be glad to see you continue with these tests.

After every updates has been done, glitch fixed, and weakness strengthened dev team will continue to conclude the long and waited dividend function. after this more testing, development and improvement of the product will been done up till the point it is good to go public then final version will be released.

Final version launching will be accompanied by all manner of marketing and advertisement. At this point, token  holders  should be ready to take their "lambos to moon or teslas to mars"

Don't know what is wrong with you accessing the site over there. the site opens well with me and couple of friends also told me their's works fine..

About legalities we have enough budget set aside for that. When time comes everything will flow..
