Hello! When it will be possible to withdraw coins there is an exact date?
No official date has been announced yet, but you can expect the TokenNet to launch somewhere after October 9. An extract from the latest newsletter:

TokenNet launch is not far off now, but unfortunately, delays must be made to ensure everything goes right upon launch due to Chuseok. Chuseok is one of the biggest holidays in Korea and is just after the intended deployment date of TokenNet. We originally did not anticipate Chuseok to be this long because the government designated Oct. 2nd to be a one off holiday only three weeks ago but we are having a long Chuseok this year, 10 days to be exact if you include the weekends from Sept. 30th to Oct. 9th. So, we have decided to let the team go home for once and spend the holidays with their families. Since not everyone on the team will be on stand by mode during that time, we feel it is safer to postpone TokenNet launch, especially being the first release of the platform/token.
Just forgot that we have the launch in October, I had some coins from the bounty and would be great if you can assist me of swapping it if possible.So during the token launch, do we even have the list of exchanges to list boscoin except for hitbtc?
The BOScoins you have been awarded from the bounty are stored in your dashboard and could most probably be transfered automatically to your web wallet once you create it. If the transfer has to be done manually, you will receive instructions on how to do so.
Along with the TokenNet launch, the team will also announce on which exchanges BOScoin will be listed on. They are currently still contacting various exchanges.
