many participants change their signature at 9th week, but still get stakes in that week, is it a joke? looks unfair to some participants who put their signatures on for full in that week
Possible that some participants change signatures, and it is very difficult to control if you don't hire professional campaign manager, or you don't spend all day long with control of each participant.
BUT - there is a lot of double rewarding mistakes! I'm not specialist of spreadsheets, but in 3-4 mintes i found this:
and this examples are only from the last week.
If you need help with control and verification, in few hour i can bring you a lot of examples of double counting rewards from your spreadsheet.
Please, be fair to all participants, and verify all double rewards from the beginning of campaign.
Thank you.
I see your concern and this was mentioned a few times already by us. We will be doing de-duplication at the end (meaning we will remove double entries) before allocation, the highest points will survive only.
As for the exchange questions, we have only confirmed with the exchanges themselves that we are good to be listed. Once the ICO concludes we'll be in talks them to get the process rolling to get our token listed, this process can take a few weeks for some exchanges and for others it might even be 2-3 days.

The stakes for 9th week aren't completely updated yet, give it 30 mins~. I will reply here when that is the case. I understand as well with your concern about members changing for the 9th week. We check twice per week (once on Saturday) and the other one is unknown to you guys (otherwise people would know when to change).
edit: these has have been properly updated now.
We built a script which automatically:
- Scans each entry in the spreadsheet for a specific week
- Checks if user has been active
- Updates their rank
- Compares signature to expected signature for a given rank
- Allocates their points based on the rank
- Checks if their avatar matches the given avatar from us and allocates 10% extra if so
Now for all of this to happen our script has to fetch the user's profile page and its post history for each, this obviously is taxing on the bitcointalk forums (as they're quite frankly overloaded already), we try to minimize and introduce as much delay as possible when processing each entry. It is one of the reasons why we're keeping it twice a week as well, there's nothing physically preventing us running the script literally every hour to confirm each member is still wearing their appropriate signature, but it would be unneeded automated traffic on the forums.
For anyone with outdated wallet addresses, we will get them updated today
