Why are the Bonus tokens almost sold out even though there is no activity on the Ethereum account?

Because people are buying through Paypal and debit catd.

Why is everybody buying through Paypal and debit card?

We pegged the ETH price for the entire ICO at 1 ETH to $310. The price of ETH has risen significantly higher since then, so buying at USD$rate through paypal seems more like a better deal for some.
