burstforum.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed. The certificate is only valid for Parallels Panel (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

I also get this:

This Connection is Untrusted

You have asked Firefox to connect securely to burstforum.com, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.

Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.

What Should I Do?

If you usually connect to this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.

From: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/connection-untrusted-error-message

"The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed (site name) uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed. (Error code: sec_error_untrusted_issuer) Self-signed certificates make your data safe from eavesdroppers, but say nothing about who the recipient of the data is. This is common for intranet websites that aren't available publicly."

In short: The owner of burstforum.com wants your connection and username/password to be secure, so is using a certificate for encryption; but isn't willing to pay for a commercial certificate. They are therefore using a self signed certificate. These work to encrypt and protect your login credentials, but is not as desirable as having a commercial certificate.

Burstforum.com is a trustworthy site - add the exception and continue to use the site.

H.

You could use one from here Let’s Encrypt.

BinLaden as developer. He would be the best technical choice, but was rejected from a couple of people (below)

Why do you think so? Did he post any code?

BURST got Smart Contracts (AT)
who's the dev for burstcoin  Huh

I guess you meant:
Who are (were) the developers for burstcoin?

Short, they are busy with other things and ran away. (Private issues, was said.)

We are looking for a new dev team. There were suggestions, like:
BinLaden as developer. He would be the best technical choice, but was rejected from a couple of people (below)

Remain only people, like:
IronTiga, one of the best web designer.
deWallet, who made the Windows wallet in nearly no time.
haitch ("headache") who claims to understand all of BURSTs, the good and the bad of bot nets.
blago, who's slogan is: Relax, I am Russian - as all Russians/Indians, we can expect good coding.
yeponlyone, who tries to use "hypnoses" on the coin.
bobafett, who makes a lots of advertisements in Germany.
Ohh, I forgot the CEO of Burstcoin (actually a company who trades with graphic cards and is good in organizing people: crowtec).

There are a lots more people involved in Burstcoin, but they are shot down from above all the time, as you will see on the followup postings ;-)

BURST got Smart Contracts (AT)
Thank you, folks for links, but what is the difference between etherium smart contracts and Burst's AT?

Etherium got millions, BURST nothing!
Etherium is not available (or is it?), BURST is available!
Etherium has a marketing 'department', BURST are freelancer, who have a daytime job.

I think now it is the time for burst to reach it's adult phase. We are better than ever, price holding good at 29 satoshi and we see many new people posting here so the interest in BURST just increased.

We are on a growing path now.

Who is this /bin/laden ? I've noticed he has big shares of the reward at each block. Is he a member of the dev team, or of the PR team ?

He is the alleged owner of a botnet that repeatedly threatened to 51% attack burst, then tried to take over as dev, then after being rejected said he was going to start his own coin (with hookers and blackjack), and then he's been quiet for a few weeks. It's all documented in this thread, if you want to trawl through the last 50 or 109 or 500 pages.
