I would like to expand on this a bit.

Technically our Devs are ready to launch the first crowdfunding (CF) case as we planned to do, but during intensive and very constructive discussions on the subject, a number of new ideas emerged.

One of them concerned a roadmap specifically for CF cases handled by the PR Team. From the responses here and on BurstForum.com, we can identify a rather limited number of CF cases. Considering that, we'd like to have a flexible roadmap, where all Bursters can suggest a new case at any time. Priorities might change with time. Conclusively, we'd like to create a roadmap highly influenced by the community and various supporters. It's you - miners and traders - who really experience BURST's needs now as well as when new emerge.

Acting responsible must involve listen to the community to a large extent. A successful CF will require community support. Launching today, as we had planned, we'd simply risked not to earn your trust. We will present a flexible model how to manage these "Community-supported Crowd-funding Cases".

Due to this, and a few other issues discussed, we agreed to postpone the launch of the first (of many) CF cases in about ~24 hours. Offering, among other things, a flexible roadmap.

I created a .html file which needs to be copied under the directory /html/ui/ inside burst folder. After you copy the html file you can use the browser to access it ( http://localhost:8125/atlotteries.html ). The html displays the lottery state (current winner account, total current winnings e.t.c) and provides also a button for quick ticket purchase.

As you know, LuckyAT is the first ever turing complete and fully decentralized Smart Contract. The launch of it last week gave us a lot of media attention.

A couple of hours ago, LuckyAT reached block 62281, and the winner was picket, as programmed. 137,000 BURST was, just as planned, shortly thereafter transfered to the winner's account! Close to 70 tickets were thus bought to be part of cryptocurrency history.

Remember that LuckyAT is running all the time, programmed to find a winner after about 7 days. You can already now buy tickets for next draw (and some already have). Due to the success we are working one a little better guide on how to buy tickets. In future versions of the wallet, these Smart Contracts will be included and you can find them just by a click.

Here is a picture[ of the amount after it has been transfered by LuckyAT. And, yes, the strange thing is that I won the lottery...

I will, however, donate the whole sum to the nest Smart Contract, a crowdfunding case, that we most likely will launch in a few hours.

Well very little considering connection is DC Input 5V / 4A input, Plug specification is inner diameter 2.1mm and outer diameter 5.5mm

Which power adaptor should I use?
We recommend 5V 4A adaptor. Inner diameter is 2.1mm, outer diameter is 5.5mm. Center is Positiver an Outer is Negative.
Normally ODROID-XU3 consumes about 1~2Amp in most cases. But it can go up to 4A when the computing load is very high with a few USB devices.

So is using a 2 Amps then this would work out to be 10 watts on load or 0.01Kw

And if Pi is using 4A this would work out to be 20 watts on load or 0.02Kw

So it is using next to nothing compared to a standard system.

Waiting for them to be available to buy again as seems sold out and waiting on restock

Wow, looks promising~~ But what is the power consumption? This is very important because someone here use low-end computer that is cheap and yet expandable (SATA PCI card to more harddisk).

Was wondering where that went to as I had that in an old version. Thank you for posting this universal run.bat one. I will be adding this into the guide

Check the calculator again. I'm at 40 to 50 TB (lost count) and i think i'm getting like somewhere between 10K and 20K burst a day on average over a longer period (solo mining). sometimes it is days between i win blocks (which give like 7000 or so each atm.) sometimes i get 4-5-6 blocks in a day. but over time, and counting in snafu's with the hardware, i would guestimate i average about 10 to 20 thous. burst a day using 40 to 50 TB. that's way south of 6K for 1TB.

With having so much plotted how do you have this configured are you just using some device to attach them all to like usb hub etc or connected to computer and in rack layout

I have 10 4TB usb drives attached to 3 computers, and then on top of that, 4 more older USB disks, and something like 10 internal harddisks where i use spare space for plot files.

each harddisk is being mined by its own miner (the original POC java miner), and each computer runs one wallet that all the miners talk to.

Probably not the most effecient setup, but this is what worked for me back in the days, after some tweaking, so i have stayed with it.

Also mine with 3 GPU's from time to time, when i find sometning that is worth mining. You can mine GPU and POC at the same time on the same box, which is neat.

Also has anyone tried to do the following.

Generated plots and then used a Raspberry Pi with USB controller with external HDDs with filled plots on to mine with. if so what are your results was the Pi upto the challenge of mining and being good at it or was a fail??
