I'm not real
Anybody selling 2,500,000 burst? Best offers only using trusted escrow. PM me
buying here won't get you a lower price than an exchange... so you might as well buy that amount on an exchange.
i recommend, buying half from each exchange (listed in op) to reach your 2.5 mil total.

WTF dude? Use an exchange. It helps the coin and helps the market. These large private deals do not do the coin justice.

yep.. I see it "AT's Smart Contracts" ... a doorway has been opened... Happy Holidays all!

o wow on 199 if it crossed 199 so fast it is gonna shoot up really high.. checking that exchange as well as volume and how many people are actually selling.. very very interesting

there is a difference of 17 sat on each unit between c-cex and bittrex enough for arbitrage manipulation by bots, but people are not selling in quantiles large enough..

c-cex:

2014-12-22 08:21:37 Buy    34656.23564885      0.06896591      0.00000199

bittrex:

12/22/2014 09:16:08 Buy    548.07692308          0.00099750      0.00000182

people ain't selling.. very nice.. will revisit later Today what is happening.. have a great day

That gap is closing.

price up 180 might go to 190 Today and higher (see if Holidays slow it down or reverse a little), good I stopped myself from strategy sell on high re-purchase on low and growing BURST that way.. this is very risky now...

I also don't see sell orders in 100's of thousands , was lucky week ago to "swallow" 200K on 174... (in two chunks, one chunk 120K but that is rare)

I want to thank the seller of 200K to me and wish him Happy Holidays!

meantime checking AT in the UI... saw new java classes on the git pull... let's see...

re-indexing..

INFO: Database update may take a while if needed, current db version 143...

Price up to 199 on C-CEX. A rally because of the news.

Burst 1.2.0

Download: https://mega.co.nz/#!75xV1abB!PG6gC6mMcSmr5ys2SrkHnIw-BDq1FodG5_bzWVlXJts

or github: https://github.com/BurstProject/burstcoin

Update required for all users by block 49200 (12/26 or 12/27)

If using an existing copy of the blockchain this will do a re-scan on first run.

This update adds the Automated Transaction (AT) system. This will allow users to write turing complete scripts which can be saved to the blockchain. Scripts will get their own account id and are able to send and receive coins, and will execute trustlessly.

This release should be compliant with the ciyam AT specs found here: http://ciyam.org/at/
Additional platform-specific api calls will be added later on.

Current fees for ATs are:
On creation 1 burst per memory page(256 bytes).
When ATs execute, normal opcodes cost 0.1, and api calls cost 1.
There is a maximum of 200 fee per AT execution.

ATs would not have have happened without the work of vbcs ( BURST-NUFU-7PX7-KHVM-7EMNC ) and CIYAM. Thanks

awesome update!!! i already download and use the old "burst_db" from 1.1.5, in few minutes everything was working perfect, ty and keep up the good job guys!!!

Since you know, Burst is the next generation in mining.

+1 agree, ppl will start to notice it soon ( i hope ), today the price grow up a little bit and i think this will continue on the next months.

Thank you Legendary & Vbcs, I was caught up in > 1000 alt coins and 1000 assets something that automated NOT automatic transactions will fix I hope ?  Cool

btw Legendary it is something restricted to BURST you have been working with or you will bless other coins with your help as well ?

thank you (corrections made with both fear and respect)

I am running my fork, after merging 1.2.0 into it. Everything i have tested seems to be running smoothly. Not many 1.2.0 peers out there just yet, but we're usually a fast upgrading bunch of dudes, so i guess it'll be mostly green again in peers in a few days.

the block rescanning takes a long time if your pc is a bit slow, so expect some minutes downtime, up to 20 minutes on my slowest pc, 7 minutes on my fastest.

Looking forward to play around with the AT's and perhaps create a few innovative things.

Also some examples of AT can be found on the site ( www.ciyam.org/at.html ) . All the cases there (except from the acct case ) are using the old API specification, and I will convert them soon to follow the new API specifications.

I am willing to program any ATs you might think and want, and if so, just drop me a message. But as burstcoin said, it is better to read the documentation before you try it yourself and understand how it works to create effiecient ATs that will last forever

can not be more than 10K a day with 100T with 10 ~ 15 T oscilaltions as we have now and it aint going down, you better of buying on an exchange price should drop big time before years end, next year is an open end game
can you explain why price should drop big before years end? ty

possibly due to the natural behavior of the markets during Holiday season, might be a window of opportunity

however now with the atomic transactions announcement situation might be very different I would still observe market carefully  especially in the coming days

Just a small detail.

So what's the best way to launch an AT, using the just-released Burst?

There's a create AT button in the ui in the AT tab under transactions. You can put the assembled bytes of the at code in the code box(hex 0-9a-f). If you want to initialize it's memory you can provide that also in the data box(can be full or partial), or you can leave it empty to default all memory to 0s. You set the number of 256 byte pages of each type for data, call stack, and user stack. Min activation amount is a threshold for how much the balance must increase to resume the AT from a stop or finish command. When iterating through received transactions, all transactions with an amount less than min activation amount are ignored. This is to keep the AT from wasting it's funds processing dust, and you should set min activation amount to the amount of fee it will pay for processing a transaction. The min activation amount is also subtracted when retrieving the amount of a transaction, so the AT can work with the net balance directly without worrying about subtracting away the amount used processing it. The amount of fee you need to pay is 1 burst per page. Code also uses 256 byte pages, but there is no need to specify the amount as it is directly calculated from the code supplied. After the create AT transaction is confirmed, the list in the at tab will show all ATs you have created.

It is highly recommended that you read the ciyam docs to know how the opcodes and apis behave. Currently the only ways to get the bytecode is to use my assembler https://github.com/BurstProject/ATAssembler or to convert it by hand.

Recently i mined a block with a 1-million BURST transaction in it.  The sender had used the default fee setting, so the block came with an awesome 1000 BURST fee..  thanks a lot, for that extra loot.

However, i think i better make clear for all that when you send a transaction, you can select whatever fee you like, as long as it is more than or equal to 1 BURST.  so if you have to fling a million somewhere, you *could* set the fee to 10 or whatever you feel like in the moment. 1000 is fine too, but you don't have to expense that much fee if you don't feel like it.

If the sender thinks 1000 BURST was a bit high, and didn't know it was possible to select less, i can refund some of the loot, otherwise thank you very much, for an unexpected christmas gift.

A Digital Universe with Endless Possibilities.
vbcs wallet is looking a little bit emptier than it should be after all this hard work:  BURST-NUFU-7PX7-KHVM-7EMNC

I sent him 200K myself (and an extra 250k.. that was sent to the wrong address and lost forever.  Whoops! Sad  )

Let's see if we can't make him a millionaire!

I'm convinced he prefers Burst over Qora.. except that he's very heavily invest into Qora (as payment for implementing ATs), let's make sure he's at least got a decent sized wallet balance over here too.

Very nice Smiley
