We contacted Cryptsy, (checking CHILD code) , Bittrex and the other major exchanges.
Child is very young...(born 11th sept), we need some more work and time to get there.
To speedup things we want to promote a special BOUNTY (0.5 btc) for any major exchange listing.
We are doing some real progress with the charity action and we will post the details as soon as possible.
