I mean the maximum period of maturation of coins to limit 30 - 60 days.

It is the slow pace of development. Dev qualifications incomprehensible. The team hired by side and poorly motivated. Not realized the scale of the task. Someone who feeds popcorn. Never mind. Long time we don't see real development update from Cloak Team, only words about "hard work everyday", "we need more time" & "patience-peace-and-love" and "Cloak is not shitcoin"... How about real development statement?
