Stand up and be heard! Stop this before it starts or we will all suffer the loss. Write, call, blog, post yell and scream. This must never see the light of day. For those of you in the US, it goes against every principle we believe in. Our country was founded on principles diametrically opposed to this proposed law.

The government should not and does not have the right to force you to say what you OWN does it?
What about you need to disclose if you own diamonds or any other item. Soon your entire life is on a database and you have no privacy.
What about if you need to disclose you own a blow up doll? and butt dildo a vibrating leather mask in the image of bull with 3 horns complete with ass flavour gag ball?

That is different to saying the government has no right to tax you on it when you trade it. Yes trade will always be taxed i expect.
