There a many cryptos out there that don't even have a working product, but are pumped to the max. Why? Because most people have no idea what they buy, they are just focussed on price. Cloak has an actual working product, an active community and a good development team. Focus not on the price today, but on the long term future potential.

It depends what drives the price up and what the time frame is. If it's a sustainable price increase trend, then yes. If it's a short pump, then not. The prices of many cryptos are still being manipulated by large BTC holders, as markets are unregulated and liquidity is low. Look therefore on the long term price trend and not on today's price. Exactly 1 year ago, the price of cloak was around 0.12 USD, look where it is now.
