Hidden block lol. Childish idiot. Or lying c**t if you prefer.

Don't believe what you read on the Internet, lookup the block for yourself on one of the block explorers. No such hidden coins. Just a normal block.

!!!IMPORANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!! (Read below) 6/20/2014

Hello everyone, I am a developer working behind the scenes with the CryptCoin development team. I have two pieces of disturbing news that was brought to my attention recently.
1) The main cryptcoin developer included a hidden block within the coin (Block 38400), that he made me aware of containing more than the entire coin count to date.
   - He offered me 15% of this block to keep quiet, but I will not be swayed by greed to commit such unethical behavior
   - I have made mindfox aware of the situation (I'm assuming he wasn't aware before) and he has decided to leave the development team.
   - Due to the last point made, the development of anon send will be suspended until further notice.

2) Bribing of btc-e admins by some of pumpers in the group.
   Small snip of transcript: http://pastebin.com/Q76VrYdp
   - I think this speaks for itself, keep in mind the BTC-e administration had no idea about the hidden block

3) Because of these revelvations we have changed the github over to more reputable hands, as well as removing the bad actors from the IRC channel.

I hope the community can work past these bad actors and this doesn't mean the end for the coin!

What? Was it a git hack attack from an insider dev? or was it some hidden block?

This was all FUD no hidden block as the work was POS not POW

It is a PoS block. That means that generated coins are coins calculated by the Yearly interest rate for the coins in the transactions multiplied by the number of days passed.
Can't really hide any coins in there.

I just want to point out that in the note from the dev regarding BTC-e there was reference made to BTC-e requiring a three character symbol, hence the symbol would change from CRYPT to CPT. Notice in the commander, the symbol is not CRYPT, it is CPT. Food for thought...

I believe this coin is destined for BTC-e and prices 1000%+ higher than today's....

I also want to point out that both Moosa and Koolio are heavy investors and that they are the only two in the entire crypto community that I believe can get a coin listed on BTC-e.  BTC-e could use the PR and trading volume, it was once the only game in town and can easily take back market share if they add CPT

BTC-e looks so dead recently. The coins on there never seem to move much. That's the exchange i first started on when i first learned about crypto's till i moved over to Cryptsy. Now i use both Cryptsy and Mintpal for the coin volumes. I hope they do decide to add new coins and pump some life back into it Smiley

Rumors have been circulating that we may be being added to BTC-E soon. They are true.

Our talks with BTC-E went extremely well, they have tested the wallet on their servers and tested integration with their engine.

A hiccup is that they require a 3 digit code, they confirmed with us that we will be ok with CPT.

We are awaiting their response, they have been dealing with a large scale DDOS attack (see twitter) so there has been a small delay.

We are now awaiting their response, they said they will speak with us today.

We're very excited by the possibilty that we may be able to trade our favorite coin on our favorite exchange.

Our anon features are well underway - we are being secretive because the simplicity of the idea is beautiful and we don't want it stolen yet. It will likely be open source after release.

Hi. Are you sure cryptcoin will trade on btc-e ?

All markets are controlled by whales, hell the whole world is controlled by the 1%, so you're mad because of that? Maybe investing/trading isn't for you then.

Yea except in the sane world, whales like Warren Buffet actually hold onto their wealth and don't pump and dump a new stock every week leaving bagholder blood in their wake.

Who is the team behind this coin?

Vericoin has put out their team- real life names, real life photos, real life resumes.

Not to say you should invest in vericoin.  Who cares if you do or not, it's your money.

But this should be the new standard.  This random unknown team crap has got to stop.  Look where it led this coin.

You wouldn't have this rogue team member crashes coin garbage if you had real names for everyone.

Let's see who the team is for this coin.  Real names. Real photos. Real resumes.

Hell, we don't even have a list of team members here and their resumes.  Forget the real names, we don't even have all the screen names.

Why not?  What are they hiding?

Magic internet moneys ftw
I understand he said that, but it's unsettling when you know people at btc-e own a large amount of this coin and it has been  sketchy this past week.   That 50btc @50 order screams insiders at work.  Not fuding, just asking an honest question.

All markets are controlled by whales, hell the whole world is controlled by the 1%, so you're mad because of that? Maybe investing/trading isn't for you then.
