People seem to be able to buy PoS tickets already, but are they realy bought or is it some kind of "prenotation"?

how many decred supply in total?
Total maximum supply is 20,999,999.99800912 (~21M) decred. That is fixed and finite as per the Decred Constitution. Devs are putting together a feed to show the available supply. Then anyone can pull those stats with ease.

Sooo, what is behind the price rise? Just the fact that the weekend is over or something else?
That is a good point. Interesting to see ETH dump hard today.
I'd say a combination of the start of the week and people moving profits out of Eth and into Dcr.

Definitely get in touch with the devs about this too. This is quite an important feature that Decred needs in the near future.
Will do _ingsoc, thank you. I must admit from going through the code, you guys have my respect for commenting the code pretty well, which is particularly important at this stage imho. Also, I like how you are handling the whole RFP process so far. Lets hope it works long term.

Is it normal for transactions to confirm in about a hour? Seems like a long time, shouldn't it be instant?

Volume looking good right now on Bittrex, hopefully we will see around 0.004 soon.
Shouldn't be that hard, hope to see price double before the end of the month
