What airdrop are you referring to? I think there was a couple years back but none recently. Is this a fud attempt? If so it was quite a bad one lol
gembitz is our local troll. He couldn't follow airdrop instructions, and ended up losing his airdrop seed email. The butthurt proved too much for ol' gembitz, so now he wanders these threads trying to spread fud.

Yup, that email clarified a lot of things.
Not only did Decred go out of its way to contact him and ensure that he got his address to them on time, but gembitz also neglected to respond before the registration was closed.
I hate that this happened to you Gembitz, but this is no one's fault but yours. Please learn to be accountable.

The current price in btc is quite decent. I'm happy so long as it is above 0.01.
I know it was closer to 0.013-0.015 recently but historically it has spent most if its time well below 0.01.

Decred has a good growth potential, I think we can see a price increase of 20-50% during this month. The market is already recovering well.

I have a question, we'll know that BTC, BCH & LTC main goal is as a payment method, and ETH, EOS & TRX etc are mainly smart contracts & dApps... So my question is where exactly do DCR stands, like what's it major goal or something.
I don't think this is really true, as smart contacts are being developed to run as sidechains (rootstock) or on lightning/second layer for bitcoin. But the answer to your question is basically bitcoin with a different consensus/governance mechanism.

There are items on the roadmap (decentralised control of funds via smart contract, decentralised autonomous entities) require smart contract functionality - but smart contracts are not actually part of the roadmap.
How complicated would it be to add smart contract functionality to Decred? If the community voted to do so.

decred is working on its own lightning network implementation.
As for what will happen when bitcoin LN is fully operational, nobody knows. It's still a long way from being there.
My guess is many coins will survive and decred will be one of them. Atomic swaps between coins will also be made easier then

Fluffypony is not Moneros "leader" and he never claimed to be. He is pretty outspoken, which is why people think he is*.
Btw, judging people because of their physique is a scumbag move. And I bet the reason why you are no millionaire is because you give all your money to charity.
*This is one of the biggest blind spots in the whole crypto business: if you have a pretty much closed development team, if you have only a handfull of people who understand the code, your system is not decentralized.
