Just out of interest, DEL has mostly been at minimum difficulty (0.00024414) for a couple of weeks. Right now you could mine it with a CPU. With the network still moving, and the difficulty that low, someone probably is using a CPU.

I have followed DeleteCoin from the launch and like the idea but think it could be better implemented. I have contacted the original Dev and have asked if there are any future plans or ideas, I have had no reply yet.
I am still mining DeleteCoin even if it is just CPU mining.
As a future project when I have more time I would love to work with the original Devs (or take the coin on myself with a new Dev) to revive the coin and idea

Thanks for that. I thought swisscex would have disabled withdrawal of DEL, but it's actually still possible. Managed to withdraw and mine a couple of confirm blocks before the sole peer I was connected to dropped out. Now, so long as someone isn't about to 51% attack
, that balance should stay in my wallet.

Just received notification from swisscex that the coin is going to be deleted, and in addition, we cannot withdraw our funds (because the network is dead)
Is there anyone still around that wants to get things going, even just a few nodes temporarily, so we can at least get our balance back into our wallets? Yeah, the coin will probably stay dead, but if it doesn't, better those funds are in my wallet, than lost forever via swisscex deleting it. (How ironic.)

shame the concept has flaws but it is a interesting idea
