Hi Einsteinium miners Smiley

My name is Simon Owen, and I've been approached by the Einsteinium dev team and asked to take charge of the development of the Einsteinium Foundation in the position of Chief Operating Officer.

I am excited and intrigued by the developing crypto currency market and I see initiatives like Einsteinium as a strong step in the maturing of that market; a step that I feel sees the beginning of the mainstream adoption of digital currencies.

The philanthropic goals of the Einsteinium Foundation simply make sense. My love for science and technology, as well as my yearning to help create a better world, all stem from the belief that I have held since childhood: the applications of the mind are endless.

In 1981 I received a detention, for sneaking out of school and spending the afternoon in the local electronics store watching STS-1 Columbia, lift off.

In 2012 I watched as we landed a ridiculously complicated piece of autonomous research equipment, the size of a family car, on the surface of another planet.

These are the type of achievements we can create together, but only when we have big ideas, and only if we continue to dream big.  Making sure that generations to come continue to harbour the desire to see through such technological advancements, in addition to possessing the capability to even be able to act upon these desires, is something which I strongly feel should be at the top of our collective to-do list. It’s now very much at the top of mine!

I have accepted an offer from the dev team (currently in a part time, unpaid capacity) to oversee and implement their vision of what the future will bring for The Einsteinium Foundation.

In the short term these are my main priorities;
  • Assemble and vote in the Foundation Board, elect a Chairman with the strength and vision to drive the Foundation forward
  • Create and ratify the Foundations Constitution in conjunction with the community, the dev team, and the newly elected board
  • Assemble and equip a strong public relations team to raise awareness of the Foundation and its goals amongst both the scientific community and the general public
  • Development of the Foundation website making it easier to discover, nominate and vote for the projects YOU want to see funded. Expand the content on the site to better explain and introduce the general public to the goals of the Foundation and make it a home for our community
  • To add additional, live, information about the Einsteinium Coin under the einsteinium.org domain. There is a lot planned here and I’ll be talking more about those plans in the coming days and weeks.

This is an exciting and challenging role which I am looking forward to immensely. Until last week I didn't really know what I wanted to do when I grew up, that’s changed.

Together we will fund the future, with the future of currency.

If you have questions about the Einsteinium Foundation, would like to get involved in an advisory, support or board level capacity please in the first instance contact [email protected] I'm based in Manchester (UK) so I'm in the GMT+0 time zone.

I switched pools, but I will be testing them all out for a day. I wish there was something a bit more inbetween the large ones of hashrapid and suprnova, and the smaller one of lifeforce. Though I kind of like lifeforce so far so I might stick around.

Have you tried the CrunchHarder Einsteinium Pool yet? Come and give us a try!

Price drops = Miners jump off Smiley simple as that. Wouldn't worrie about it to much. If you take a look at the orderbook (allcoin) you'll see that most of the pricedrop happend because of a bot.
