just registered but not getting deposit adresses since a hour waiting already. anyone know how to fix this ?

Address generation was offline for a period of time last night, but it came online again. Everything should be fine now.

It happend when I chancel order, it will never count coins back in my balance.

I have only heard of that happening on rare occasions, not reliably. Please PM/email me your username and the currency you're missing and I'll credit your account right away... as well as investigate the issue with canceling.

Hi,
This happened because the daemon that writes public info (order book, candlestick charts) went offline for some reason. When you load the Exchange page on Poloniex, it fetches the info this daemon writes. But when you place an order, the same info gets fetched directly from the database. So the info that was there when the page loaded was out of date.
To prevent this happening again, I am going to set the daemon on auto-respawn.

Okay, I'm not sure how many people realized something was wrong, but there was an issue with the candlestick charts that caused a lot of them to always display at a useless scale. This has now been fixed, and they look a lot better.

Did a withdrawal of a small amount of BTC to kraken.
On Poloniex it says success, but on kraken its is still confirming....it has been confirming for hours now....
Anything wrong here?

Hi all,
I did some trading last night on the Poloni NOBL markets, but a chunk of my BTC seems to have disappeared.
I should have in the region of 0.097 BTC in my account, but it is only showing that I have .044 BTC - more than half is missing.
I haven't made any withdrawals at all, the account hasn't been hacked and I have checked to see if I have forgotten any open orders, I haven't.
If anyone from Poloni could help me out...................................

This has been easily resolved for me by Poloini, no problems now
