Is there any Poloniex staff on this topic? I've been waiting for the Level 2 Verification since May, I opened a ticket on May 16 and still no answer.

I have to withdraw and of course I have problems because of the 2k daily limit, I don't wanna pay the same fees multiples times!

First of all, I want to say that we aren't newbies and we definetely understand
how exchange and bitcoin network works. So don't think, that we are another user who have questions like
"Why my bitcoins aren't received in 3 seconds?"

Recently, 14 June 2017 we made a withdrawal from Poloniex but it is still "Awaiting approval".

We are a huge mining company, who always make exchange process on Poloniex for further
withdrawal bitcoins to our investors. We have 4 accounts, one of them is verificated,
while others linked to that one, which has verification.

In total more than 6 BTC are awaiting approval for more that 12 days.

Here you can see that we mined some coins and made a transaction to the exchange.

Support team did not provide us any information about our problem, they do not even answer us!


According to the current situation we have such questions to Poloniex administration:

How long we should wait for your reply?
Why you don't reply on our tickets?
Why our withdrawal awaiting approval for such a long time?
Why you don't make any moves, when verificated user with a huge trading volume make a support ticket?
Are you so negligent with all users?
Why our investors should suffer because of you?


POLO don't like miners / they don't want work with miners ...you can use other wallets...POLO for traders-they said

Poloniex is operated in the exact opposite way.

Polo finally got on twitter... just to say they won't participate in Stellar 'airdrop' distribution. Funny how they kept quiet pre snapshot block. They rather keep it to themselves.

Polonix appropriated 0.7 BTC when I tried to take them off. Now the transaction is hanging with the status of "Awaiting Approval". The tech support has been silent for a month already. # 216092

Isn't what mostly happened here was the too-long confirmation, not the "awaiting approval"? Maybe this is stupid, but it's not hurt to.make sure, have you tried "approving" the Withdrawal from your email?

It has been 3 days since I contacted John Brown on skype and submitted ticket #263696. No response about ticket . My account was hacked 80k usd value gone and poloniex offers no reply other than they had froze the account immediately after they detected it. This is an outrage that an account is hacked out thisamount of money and not 1single person from staff has contacted me. John on skype said he would forward immediately yet nothing.

I wonder if the people having troubles with Poloniex are using coins that have been money laundered...?
An exchange is responsible of making sure the money is not used in illegal activities.

Reading this thread it looks like the withdrawals either go smooth or got stuck for good. Has anyone (recently) got their withdrawal issues resolved, or at least received non-generic response from support?


we have ...

it took a while - but they went through eventually ...

for an enterprise - the time frame for the resolve is unsuitable though ... especially a mining / investment / trading enterprise like ours ...

with all the issues that poloniex have currently ... change ...

change exchange ... we have ... and being miners ourselves - we cannot afford to wait such ridiculously long times for transfers and withdrawals ...

bittrex has the 'lab' function also - where you can autosell coins ( which we DONT do - but thought i would mention anyway ) - so that an immediate exchange to btc is easily achieved and realization of your mining efforts are made very quickly ...

we work differently with the coins mined - as we trade them all using our ( currently being built ) back end trade system - as we dont believe in dumping mined coins ...

either way - you seem to have a nice system in play there - so it would be a shame to ruin it by using an exchange that delays payouts ... poloniex used to be ( and still are when they get over this bump ) one of the major players in the exchange business ... but things have been going wrong for too long for it to be just a 'influx of connections' ...

when they settle and fix their issues - go back - if you want to Smiley ...

Well ETH deposit made days ago finally made it to POLO.  Withdrawals went well and fast.  Support never answered ticket lol but hey cant win em all

Yes Poloniex is not wasting time to answer letters - they do the job and let you figure out they have done their job.  Grin

it is because of the ETH backlog, poloniex have done nothing to help

and the answer you got from "support" is an automatic mail ...
